Nice build. When your dealer gets the March allocation he will be able to provide you with your PRODUCTION NUMBER to track on mygarage. Looks like you then have time to update your build if you want.
Looking at your order sheet it appears your Canadian order process is different, and perhaps less complicated, than USA.

Yes the excellence package bundles almost all of the options together, a lot simpler if you're wanting close to fully loaded.

My SA sent a screenshot from his computer, it has on it "actual production week" as 8.
The production number on it is 9 digits long with 2 zeros at the start and one at the end.

Just searching now but it appears Canadians can't get info thru the my garage site, we have to phone BMW Canada or get it from our SA.

I just got "the call"; the X5 arrived at the dealership last night.

Note that the Tracker webpage still says "Dispatched from factory", however.

Also... The customer relations person admitted, today, that there was a problem with the vehicle production status reporting system from the BMW website regarding its accuracy.

Please provide the Customer Relations and Genius automated telephone numbers. The number provided in this thread doesn't give me the option to check production status.

dealer just sent me 7 digit order # yesterday. how long before things actually hit and can start being tracked?

edit - just answered my own question. called bmw as the site wasn't showing anything. he said it started production about 15 minutes ago lol. 11:57 to be exact. estimated completion Feb. 18
