Yes, I struggled but eventually it connected - assume you put the password code given by the car into the phone for BMW-DIRECT.

A password did come up in the iDrive screen but nowhere mentioned anything about entering into my phone, maybe that's why it wouldn't connect...oh well 😂

Last day of July and as i see many people receive now the 032023. what about the next one 07/2023 ? i don't think that BMW releases that before December.next time i will be patient and i will not run to the dealer for a manual software upgrade.

It's like your home internet you have to enter password on modem onto your phone to gain access to the internet site, hopefully having done it once the password will be the same next time.

All of my previous settings specific to the BMW account were retained, but all updates made through Bimmercode were wiped out.

So, I turned off the engine, got out and got the ENET cable and connected it to the car and then plugged it into my iPhone. Put the car into diagnostic mode by pressing the start-stop button three times in quick succession, and started looking into the various modules. In what seems to be contrary to what others have experienced, I was able to get ALL my Bimmercode settings back to the way they were, including disabling Auto-Start-Stop! EDIT: Sorry, looks like I assumed too much. The Auto-Start-Stop has returned with a vengeance after the update. Even though the Bimmercode app says it's inactive, it kicks in when the vehicle is in any drive mode except Sport. When I took it for a short drive after that and I am pleased to report that every setting is back to the way I had it before the update, except A-S-S.

Driving experience was absolutely the same as before, no change whatsoever. I will be going out for a long-ish 4 hour drive tomorrow so will report back later if the changes mentioned in the blurb are actually noticeable.

Do you have the enable/disable ASS button in your vehicle?
I'm just curious since the original OP mentioned that ASS still works for him with the 03/2023.

I have the ASS button but I have not updated to 03/2023 yet in fear of losing the bimmercode coding

No, I don't have that button. Since A-S-S can't be turned off now, I've used Bimmercode to set the default drive mode as Sports Individual for the rest of the summer months. I'll reset it to Adaptive in October when AC won't be required anymore.

Mines 03/23 and ASS button still works but has to be pressed. Maybe just the ones without button that can't code it off.

If you have to press the ASS button every time you start the car and you have coded ASS off/disabled then that means the Bimmercode option for ASS is not working. Even if you can turn it off with the ASS button.

I think we're still waiting to see if anyone that has the ASS button is able to code it off with Bimmercode, on vehicles with update 03/2023.xx and beyond installed, and have it remain off on subsequent restarts of the vehicle.

I'm on 07/2022.xx and I'm still able to code ASS off. I have the ASS button and I DO NOT have the mild hybrid engine in my 2020 X7 40i. I used Bimmercode to code my transmission to "Adaptive" with ASS off/disabled and it remains off every time I start the vehicle.

Full infotainment reset done manually made it back to normal.

I had the same issue, and it won't allow me charge as well. Kept flashing yellow light at the charge port then flashing red.

Need to lock the door for several minutes and come back to unlock, and these bugs went away itself. Charges normally afterwards.

I noticed last night that since the 03/2003.67 update the optional speed camera alerts now have a warning sound. Much better.

The speed camera alerts on mine have had a warning sound for months, it has to be turned on in the app.

Same here, I've had the speed camera audible alert weeks before I installed the 03/2023.67 update. The alert on mine was turned on by default.

my wife’s 530e notified her two days ago that 03/2023.67 was available. I drove it to work today to start the process. the file uploaded 70% to iDrive on the 9-mile commute to work and completed the remaining 30% about 3 miles into the return trip home. as soon as I parked in my garage, I went into the Remote software upgrade menu item in General settings where it immediately gave me the choice to:
- Perform upgrade now
- Cancel upgrade

upon selecting Perform upgrade now, a checklist of 6 or 7 items showed up of the requirements needed to start the upgrade. it was really quick so I didn’t get to read all of them; all but one of the items were met immediately when the list popped up with the last being a key fob must be sensed inside the vehicle (it was in my coin pocket) which took just a few more seconds.

I then got a notice that iDrive would shut down shortly, and that I could leave the vehicle and lock it. I just exited and left it unlocked.

the upgrade took less than 20 minutes followed by a notification via the MyBMW app that it was complete. my experience as noted above was the same when I upgraded my X5 45e to 03/2023.50 in mid-June

I got notified of the 03/2023.67 OTA on the BMW app. Followed the instructions to upload to the vehicle and to start the install. Steps/process pretty similar to what others have posted. Update completed with no issues. I checked and noticed that all of my previously saved settings were intact (I don’t have any mods).
