Average really won't help you, it is a few hours and often not noticed on the tracker. When it is on the tracker, it ranges widely depending on what the issue is. Unfortunately the factory does not disclose the reason to dealers or Genius.

5/2 Awaiting carrier
5/8 Dispatched from factory

The "prodDate" property displayed with the F12 method was originally 4/5, then 4/4, and finally 5/2 after it exited QC.

Once the vehicle hits Entering Assembly line, the prodDate data item is updated with the subsequent steps through 160 Ready for Transport.

I ordered my 2024 X5 on 8/31 with an Oct allocation build slot. Production date 10/3 but been in QC for last 2 weeks. Dealer and genius have no idea. F12 code is 155 with correct 10/3 prod date. Anyone still experiencing problems getting information about their car? Dealer said last week it should be there by end of month Th”worst case” but I don’t see that happening given no one can tell me what the hold up is.

My x5 m60i spent 3 weeks in QC. It finally got out this past Friday (10/13)

They seem to know why or don’t say why. People have said it’s usually a part they need.

It definitely is hard waiting but eventually you get out. It’ll be worth it, but no kidding, it’s not fun waiting.

I am in the middle of building my 2025 z4 and it has been a slow process once production started. Wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue.

Welcome to the forum. They are built pretty quickly, less than a day, but QC can take awhile depending on what the issue is. Are you in the QC status?

Mine jumped a bunch today as it is now waiting carrier assignment. I am hoping it gets to germany in a few days and then i will need to hope it doesnt sit there too long
