Alexandria for the win! They're one of the few dealers that was even somewhat rational with the pricing for my recent F95 purchase.

Another dealer in NJ had the gall to ask for 50k over MSRP. This ain't no GT3, buddy.

Is it realistic to still expect some percentage reduction over the MSRP? The four dealers I contacted in my area are reluctant to offer anything above 2% before incentives.

I am researching PCD as a better (and more fun) option. Could anyone recommend a dealer or broker that may offer anything better than what I am getting locally? If so, could you please send them via PM? Many thanks!
Check your settings. I keep getting a message saying I can't send you PMs because you've disabled receipt of PMs.

I was at the dealership on Saturday test driving X3s and X5s and am ready, but in no rush, to custom order a 2022 X5 xDrive40i(~$79k MSRP) with Performance Center Delivery as I'm only about a 3.5 hour drive away.

My local dealer offered ~3% off MSRP and $750 loyalty.

Can anyone please PM me contact info to any dealers across the country that can give a better deal. I'm considering using a broker at this point.

The dealer I went to said $750 but everywhere else I’ve seen $500. I can’t help any further than that.

My local NJ dealer is saying they don't now give any discounts before rebates.

I am looking at quotes for a custom build xdrive40 in the NJ/PA area.

Could anyone recommend a dealer or broker that may offer anything better than what I am getting? If so, could you please send them via PM. Thank You

Your PMs are off, FYI.

Brokers wise (my recommendation) - Dan (Next Level Auto Brokers) is a great bet.

Dealers-wise - I've found that Bloomfield NJ can be rational about things if you reach out to their sales manager via phone.

I am in the same boat for a 2022 45e in the dmv area. Let me know if you have seen any deals so far. I've contacted around 15 dealers within 100 miles or so and the best offered 2500 preincentive discount. Well looking for things to get slightly better by end of year.

Sounds solid. Things have changed for the worse in the month since you’ve purchased. Many dealers not giving any discounts.

Picking up my new X5 next week, does anyone have a recent checklist to use prior to signing contract? I have a year old list but any changes w 21 X5? Concerned about electronics and driving away and having issues 2 days later. Thank you to all if you can provide some insights. I understand dealers have the BMW "genius" though most of my experience so far hasn't found a genius at the dealer............

No luck in bay area. Just tried to see what they can offer for 2021 X5 Xdrive45e at Fairfield, CA location. MSRP was $75,495 and they offered $78,495. Which is above the MSRP price and told me use BMWFS to bring the price down if you want.

If anyone know any dealership in CA, that is offering any % off the MSRP, let me know. I am no hurry to get it and have X3 M40i with low mileages that I will be trading in.

$3K over MSRP? Wow!

I had been thinking the X5 shortages and price increases were due to slowing production. I was wrong as BMW has sold record numbers of X5s the last three months. It appears they are building them and seeing them immediately.

Here are the sales figures.
