I put a deposit on a car but I’m not 100% sure I will stick with it. He is offering 4.59% buy rate which seems really good and said he would honor a lower rate later if rates drop(doubt they will). Should I lock in the rate even though I’m not 100% going to purchase the car?

When you fill out the credit application you will get a no-harm lock so if they would happen to drop you can take the lower rate. The lock is good for at least 90 days on the West Coast, may still be the 120 that BMWFS raised it to during COVID.

American Airlines credit union. Current rate is 5%. But multiple accounts give me a .25% discount and direct deposit gives another .25%.

Does anyone know how to avoid lease showing up on your credit report? I remember seeing somewhere that you can lease under your business, but i think there was 2 options (personal guarantor and cosignor) and people said that doing one of them would show up on your credit report and the other doesnt, just dont remember which one.
