My connected drive professional subscription that came with my 2019 X5 is set to expire in April. Does anyone have information about the cost to renew the subscription? The connected drive pro subscription cost is not listed on the website.

Mine is expiring at the beginning of Feb and it wasn't showing up either. I contacted CD and they said it will show up two weeks beefier it expires. It is not showing, $150 for a year.

No, that is included for the lifetime of the vehicle as long as it possible.

So in order to get Spotify on iDrive, one has to pay for Connected Drive? My Spotify went away and I'm really bummed but that's the only feature I need. I'm speculating that it's because Connected Drive although I got a 3-year old CPO vehicle and it's been about 9 months since taking ownership so don't completely understand the timing. I know I can use Apple carplay/Android Auto but I personally liked having Spotify in iDrive. It's an option to check in the customize menu, but even when it's checked it doesn't appear.

Yes, you need to have the paid subscription to Spotify and not just the free one.
