You need to click on the APR to get the details.

The lease numbers should be released soon but there probably will not be any lease cash.

Buying a new X5 M50i in metallic white ...

Hello. These forums are so helpful. Thank you all. I’m looking for what is most reasonable type of discount off of MSRP Of a 2020 X5 M50i? My build is $103,800. I will add loyalty discount (‘14 M5) and BMWCCA to it... but I have been reading 8-10% off MSRP is doable. Is that true? My sales rep and I hashed out 4% but after reading your great guidance, I’m certainly not asking enough off. Any thoughts? I am going to be doing PCD. Thanks in advance. Oh and I love my M5.

Discounts are market dependent. I can't speak for the NC market, but in general 8-10% off is definitely doable. But it'll likely take some legwork on your part to get multiple dealerships involved.

Thank you wtwo3! I saw someone from GA post that a dealer down there might give a good bit off. (I’m in Raleigh). Although the X5 is for wife, I am looking forward to driving the M50i with DHP.

M50i with DHP, very nice! There's something majestic about a large vehicle that is quick and stays flat in the corners.

So for 2020 xDrive40i there's $1250 owners loyalty. But when I look at bmwusa.com and plug in my zipcode, I also see $750 lease credit. Does it mean that we get $2000 credit then?

No, there is no lease cash for the X5 40i xDrive and the loyalty may be $750 and not 1,250 as on the 2019. We should get confirmation tomorrow.

Unfortunately, It's always hard to get decent discount in NC due to lack of competition. All of my BMW purchases/leases have been done out of NC. Georgia in general and Atlanta in particular (in most cases) is the place where One can get good deal. In my case this time It was in Evans/Augusta,GA about 150 miles from Atlanta area i ended up leasing my 2019 X5 50i. If you're willing to drive/fly few hundred miles you will get the discount you're looking for.

Thanks Habsone! After reviewing the forum, I’m thinking the happy middle (BMW/sales rep makes money and I save money) is around 6%-8% off MSRP. I’ll try another local dealer here around Raleigh, maybe your place out of Ga (thanks for your details) or out of a dealer close to the X5 manufacturing plant in SC like Century BMW. A few calls can’t hurt. 🤷*♂️😃

Or you can also request quotes from DC/MD/VA region and have delivery at BMW Performance Center in SC. There are two MD dealers that were on BMW's 2019 Center of Excellence Award Recipients. It's not unheard of to get 8-10% on custom orders in this region. Good luck and keep us posted.

Jbmccla, I was offered (match)12% off of MSRP at Century in Greenville,SC only when i told them that i was getting that in Atlanta. Nalley was going to do 13.5% but the SAV i wanted was at Gwinnett place and they said they could sell me that car but i was not convinced that Gwinnett would transfer. Gwinnett was not willing to discount more then 12% so i took a shot at Evans/Augusta as well as Athens for 2019 X6 which was 17% off of MSRP but in the end I went with Evans/Augusta deal and 2019 X5 50i. All the quotes were for in stock SAVs.

I agree with Auricom that 10% can be easily done for custom order where there is competition. I was offered at least 10% for custom order at Century, nalley and Gwinnett but 2019 had better RV and was close enough to my desired monthly lease payment so i went with it.
