Bimmercode App now at 2.17-6-6421 on Android.
I'll check it out today and see if there is anything new, particularly in the BDC ECU

UPDATE:
Same ECUs, same features - no update to anything you can code - at least that I could tell.

I did notice stability improvement when connecting to the car, no failures or errors - so that's a good thing !

Just picked up the MX+. I guess no luck to get more coding done with IOS until the next APP update...
We can't control the exhaust flap to be always on yet?

Not from the Bimmercode App but I think Bimmerlink App can do it.

BimmerLink App will let you control the flap in real time when engine is running, but it won't let you set it permanently open (or closed). As such, BimmerLink is useful for opening the flap and then applying one of the other flap disable methods: pull the fuse, pull the control cable, pull the pin and wiretie flap open. I don't recall seeing any flap control by coding yet.

Or leave the adapter plugged in - that is what I do and it triggers the flap open each time the car is started. have not seen any drawback of leaving the adapter plugged in and on the contrary it is more convenient anytime I want to code something or re-code after a dealer visit because then I do not have to go look for the adapter and then crawl under and plug it in, blah blah blah.

Hm, interesting. So keep the BT adapter plugged in AND make sure BimmerLink app is still installed/BT turned on on the phone. Then BimmerLink app automatically connects to adapter (without being launched) and activates last selected flap state? Plausible, but I only question automatic BimmerLink app BT connect without being launched.

Can you post a screenshot of what modules are and are not supported?

Sorry I missed that part. Yes, you have to launch the app each time and the way I have it set up is using voice control on iPhone where I get in the car and just tell my phone to open a BimmerLink.

or you could just get an app which launchers the bimmerlink app each time your phone's bluetooth connects to your car.

At least you can if you have android. I cannot speak for apple.

Ok. Thanks for the input about the exhaust flap. I have Sport+ but want to see if I could have it open while in adaptive or comfort mode.

Please confirm if I could code within BDC with the current version 3.4(10299) in ISO? When is the next update?

You can automate this on iphone with the “shortcuts” app. As condition you can set it when bluetooth or airplay connection is made.
