2019 x5 40i center muffler removal

I installed mhd stage 2 with a high flow cat and my burpels are non existent. Has anyone had the center muffler cut out and strait pipe welded in? And if so does it sound better or is it not worth it ?

Are you already running a high flow downpipe or catless downpipe

Just like it says above. Yes a high flow cat. 200 cel
