MSRP of $82,770, selling price (without incentives) of $76,500, and I'll have $2000 in incentives between loyalty cash and BMW CCA. Car will be registered in Maryland, which is one of a few states that taxes the full amount of the vehicle upfront, so not sure how relevant my monthly is. But assuming you live in a more lease-friendly state, with a tax rate of 5%, the monthly would be ~$984 (3 year, 10k miles/yr lease). Hope this helps.

I'm interested to see the monthly payment, not the discount off MSRP.

Not bad. The selling price is good. How much down?

I was offered a $1000 loyalty credit and I don’t drive a BMW, is the dealer playing games or am I misinterpreting ‘loyalty’?

No one in your household does or have you ever owned a BMW?

I'm quite surprised how y'all got such great discounts. I went shopping alongside with my cousin to two dealers in central NJ and they refused to budge more than $2k on the $78k MSRP for a 2019 x5 40i custom order.

Dealer 1 Lease (with 6.5 NJ sales tax and $2k dealer discount)
36mon/12k == $2000 down/ $1120month

Dealer 2 Lease (with NJ sales tax and $2k dealer discount)
36mon/12k == $1500 down/ $1150month

Zero down (or rather, zero into lowering the cap cost price). I'll pay first month, acquisition ($925), dealer processing ($300), and tags/title ($351) when I pick up the car.

Here are some lease numbers we received. We built this X5 and the price would increase due to some changes we want to make after seeing pics on this forum. Tomorrow I can test drive to get an extra $1500 off because my dealership is doing a promo. I'm in between the X5 and a 16/17 Audi RS7.

I'm hoping you aren't planning on signing that lease deal.

No, I'm not. We asked what lease vs purchase looked like and this is what they e-mailed us. I'm not even sure this is the route I want to go and if I do it will be a lease. After I go back and test drive again tomorrow I need to make up my mind.

These discounts are amazing... my local dealer is offering $2k off a custom order G05 (~$81k) plus incentives. I live near the plant in SC so it seems with Spartanburg pick up I could buy from anywhere? Given that - if anyone is willing to suggest a Sales Advisor or dealer where they are getting a great deal, I'd be very appreciative.

I need to work on my negotiation skills!

Tried to send you a PM with my CA and dealership. You can't accept messages.

Argh! Sorry, new to the forum despite owning BMW's for the last 8 years (looking at how I get that resolved... maybe bc I just signed up or don't have enough posts yet).

I'll try to send you one, hopefully that works. Appreciate the effort!

FYI to anyone else looking for more incentives - the $1000 from BMWCCA used to require you to be a member for a year previous to the purchase, but now you can buy a 3 year membership (which is about 120 bucks) and you can qualify for the $1000 rebate, so everyone who has not joined the club, do it before you order and you can save another grand (or if you just ordered you have 15 days post purchase to join and qualify) https://www.bmwcca.org/rebate-update
I will definite do that. I ordered the car last Friday and it is scheduled for week 49 build, so I should have pretty of time to sign up. I assume the purchase date is when the dealer receive the car and I sign the final sales paper.

thank you for the info !

Yep you have plenty of time as it is when you sign the final paperwork.

Can you share the details? The $6500 is composed of what?

Can I get those details as well? I usually work with Hendrick Charlotte on Independence but I want to have other dealers at my disposal to work this out...

PM me. Hendrick was not even in the ballpark and expressed no interest in earning my business.
