ConnectedDrive Apps won’t download?

I have an iPhone, wife has a Moto. I have the ConnectedDrive App loaded on both phones and the app works on both.

My problem is her’s shows the icon for the app in iDrive and mine doesn’t. If I try to go to the Store in iDrive I get the following error: “The product list cannot be loaded please try again later”

Any ideas?
