Call 800-831-1117 and ask them for your completion date. You'll probably have it about a week after that. Make sure you talk to a human though. It's usually a quick wait.

Back in June, mine finished production on Thursday, loaded on the truck on Monday and was at the dealer here in NY on Wednesday.

3 weeks from factory to Richmond, and then 2 more weeks to get to San Mateo?

I thought it was more like ~2 weeks to VPC + ~1 week to pick up from the dealer You must be super excited though, your wait is almost over!

Checked with Genius today. On train to KC and expected to be at port in Richmond around the 23rd. 2.5 weeks from factory to Richmond.
Should be driving it before the end of the month...

Update - MyBMW showed my X7 was at the dealership last night. I called the CA today and was told it just arrived this morning. So it was 3 days earlier than they expected but still a long time from Richmond VPC to dealer.

Mine changed to Dispatched from Factory 8/13 and today 8/19 it shows In Transit. Genius said it will arrive at the VPC on Aug 30th.

This confuses me since I have a similar issue with my X3, but the dealer says its in processing, MYBMW shows its awaiting carrier, and Genius said it was scheduled to leave processing 2 days ago, but they don't have an ETA to dealer.

Im assuming processing IS the VPC?

Im confused a'f as to what to expect...

Was "In transit" earlier today (Friday) and has just changed to "At the Port", so that means it's off the train in Richmond. Should only be a few days until delivery.

It was supposed to be in Richmond on Monday, so four days late or it's been waiting to get offloaded from the rail car.

I thought Richmond was the "processing center".

My BMW says awaiting carrier, but my build sheet, dealer, and genius say it's in processing. Genius said it was estimated to leave processing on the 25th as well - I thought that meant Richmond.

That's the South Carolina processing center. It will leave for Kansas and then another train to Richmond VPC and finally to the dealership.

This gives me hope that the PNW will have stock soon. Doesn't seem like mine though since Genius literally doesn't know where mine is since they said it should have dispatched 4 days ago.

Cool, so only a couple days from Richmond port to dealership?
Faster than the 1 week some people reported
