How do I get the bimmerpost ios app to show this X5 forum witihn the MyForums section.

Its currently empty

"Add this forum to MyForums" on the iOS app wasn't working for me, so i recall having to set up MyForums on the desktop site first, which then showed up in the iOS app.

Tap the "more" dots at the top of the forum thread to expand the navigation.

Tap "Add this forum to MyForums"

Rinse and repeat for each subforum you want to add
