I picked up my 2021 X6 April 2021 and the Tartufo Merino was smooth with no wrinkles. No sure if I would like wrinkles or not

LOL The whole discussion we are having is the change that was made in the MY21 seats.

PS. It was an extreme minority that disagreed and believed all was by accident/incompetence/conspiracy. That would be why in over 1,100 posts not a one plausible explanation for them not being by design was ever put forward, it is just not possible. I really don't care one way or the other, people have the freedom to be wrong no matter how hard folks try to educate them.

Edit: I should not have responded but you suckered me in again. When will I learn? Hopefully now as this was my last response to your childishness so feel free to post away until your heart's content if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Yup, Turtle's right, super common detailer trick: spray the seats with warm distilled water then gently blow dry them.

So when do we start the inverted thread ‘no wrinkles in my seats’ use the above quote from BMW and counter claim that the comfort wrinkles are missing on the new 2021 vehicles

Look great and should have looked like this from day 1, 100 percent proves that they weren't meant to have wrinkles, unbelievable that "some" people still insist it was intentional for comfort.

LOL Not that it is needed but the no wrinkles for MY21 is another piece of evidence that they were by design. I think that is about 23 - 0 in favor of by design.

Congrats, they look great.

On another note, Was the rear sunshade one of the casualties of the 2021 options famine?

No, they are still available as part of the Executive Package as well as a stand alone option.

As others have said, the rear seats don't get ventilation, just heating if you chose that option. Back seat passengers are not on BMW's list of preferred customers, they get left out and have to put up with wrinkly seats, no ventilation, no recline or the ability to increase leg/knee room like in other makes. Your seats look great!!! Thanks for posting your pix. Is that Cognac or Tartufo?

ahHA! You just PROVED I have a life!!!

First you said I need to get a life BUT NOW you say I need to grow up!

That PROVES your original claim I don't have a life is IN FACT WRONG because now you've changed your story.

Everyone knows that's how proof works.

No confusing people now. There are some on here who react like this while trying to follow anything that is logical rather than emotional.
