I brought my car in for service 16 days ago and lets just say its been hell every since. I always use them because this is my dealership that I bought my car from. Well, I brought it in due to my headlights being out. Anyway, they came up with the conclusion that it was due to my HID fog lights. I had a huge fight with them. I ended up basically loosing the battle. I had to pay for the full repair and my rental. I have contacted BMW NA about this and have to do a follow up. Just want to warn people on using them. They will try and find anything possible to blame it on you.

Also, as I was picking the car up... they ended up scratching the front and rear bumper. Now I have to go back so they can repaint my bumpers...

They scratched mine when brought in for service not to mention denied it. Saw it when i picked it up so they had to fix it. Sales and Service reps are rude.

That is one of the reasons I always purchased my cars on Long Island.
