Taking delivery of my 2023 X5 later this month, are there any tuning modifications that DO NOT void the BMW warranty? TIA

Depends on the dealer and what you do. Some dealers do not care some are very anti-mod.
Mostly, exhaust and air filter mods do not cause any problems. But the deeper you go (down-pipes, ECU tune, etc.) the more you'd have to accept that there could be problems eventually if you need warranty work done on the engine and transmission. Any suspension mods would give the dealers the opportunity to void any suspension related warranty.

Yup.
I have exhaust delete and removed the resonator. Airfilters. ECU-tune.
And some cosmetic mods.

Who did the ECU tune? Femto unlock?

Unlocked in Germany.

Hufington.. can you recommend a shop preferable in LI, Queens area even CT or NJ will work to install a DP and i might as well do a muffler delete at the same time.

RK Tunes in West Babylon is good. Check them out. (rktunes.com)

For the exhaust delete, I have used a NJ Meineke store as they are good and inexpensive. They may also do DP install but I highly doubt it (241 Bloomfield Ave, Newark).
