Issues installing My Bmw App and Connected

Hi

Anybody else having issues adding the vehicle to the app?
When introducing the VIN, i get same message every single time in the last several days “our system is down for maintenance, try later “

Can a car be linked only to one app (to one cellphone)? Maybe reason is that this has been already added in my wife's cell.

My wife and I each have the app on our phone. We only use one BMW account (and share the same Apple ID as well). Dunno if that has any bearing.
