We have three cutters coming in to clean that portion of the land.

That piece of wood is actually sticking in 2 feet in the car. My biggest concern is whether I will see my car before xmas. Driving a Mitsubishi RVR meanwhile. Not the same thing!!!
Mitsubishi, YUK.
I got stuck with one of those as a rental a few months ago. What a terrible vehicle, hard to believe anyone buys that scrap.

Fingers crossed, cause otherwise need to find a Plan B has my gf has not replaced her car yet and was not intending to do so until the Spring
Best of luck, i'm in a similar situation but my vehicle has been in the shop for almost 4 months waiting for parts.

I don’t know. I’m you are a very nice person, but my god you are depressing. What’s missing on yours?
What are they doing, if anything in compensation?

I mean still paying for afully loaded M50i but driving a basic X1 at some point it’s BS

Worst rental I've had lately was a Nissan midsize pickup. I think it was a 2019 with 17,000 miles. Absolutely awful vehicle. Like something out of the 80s. Truly hard to believe that they can sell this outdated, tin can, garbage.

I raised a stink, no pun intended!

haha, I take no offense. Yeah, I've called BMW of North America multiple times and they they told me I was on my own. I live in Texas and the state laws here, take the side of the manufacture. So theres nothing I can do unless I take BMW as a whole to court.

So Im just here to warn everyone of the wait or i'm here to admire everyones X5.

So the car has been at the dealer for 2 months now. Got a call yesterday to confirm reception to the key part: the roof. So Monday starting repairs.

Still major issue: stupid Sky Lounge glass sun roof panel still not received. In my humble opinion it is a stupid, underwhelming option and now it seems to the single reason why i won’t get my car until minimum February.

Confirm what I have been thinking: the more complex the options the more problematic/costly/time consuming the fixes.

And before I get a bunch of comments as to how I only have myself to blame for speccing the car like that: i needed a car fast and took what was on the lot. Who cares about soft close door, sparkled sun roof, gesture control, massaging seats, heating/cooling cupholders and so on. Useless, complex additions that are bound to break at some point requiring expensive and time consuming fixes. And now I’m paying for an M50i and driving an X1 28i for two + months
