Correct - finished 11/24. I have heard cars delivered by carrier east of Mississippi and train to the west. I imagine loading/unloading from train eats up time so I guess I'm lucky in that sense. At the end of the day, I'm fortunate to be in the position to purchase this - I remind myself of that and the wait seems much less heavy.

Website still shows "Production Begins" with a supposed 11/30 completion date per both Genius & Automated Phone Line (week 49 build). Not a fan of the website tracking - sets up false expectations regarding progress and probably more calls to the Genius line as well. Would have been much nicer to have been told Week 49 with an expected 11/30 completion and left it at that.

I bet you'll be finished 11/30. Mine seemed to take hours to get to awaiting carrier assignment on my "completion" date. The day before completion date, I was still on production begins. Don't lose faith!

Still on "Production Begins" with an expected completion of 11/30. Either the website tracking has no bearing on actual status or there is a delay in my build. No way the car goes from parts in-hand to complete by EOD tomorrow.

FYI my Client advisor told me my car is schedule to arrive tomorrow...
my status is still 'dispatched from factory' so i guess I'll skip the in-transit steps and go directly to delivered at dealer, i'll keep you guys posted.

In week 49, status still shows "Production Begins". Estimated completion is expected to be 12/01. Not sure how long it's going to take for a Houston Delivery. I will be calling the status line and the Genius sometimes today.

Week 49 is here and my scheduled 11/30 completion date x5 4.5e flipped to Awaiting Carrier Assignment overnight!!! It does indeed go fast, I would say 8-12 hours and that the site is not always updated in real time.....

Same here -- M50i, phone line says est. completion date of 12/01, but website still stuck in "Production Begins".

Started moving overnight.... showing "entering assembly line." Glad there's movement but not putting much faith in it's accuracy re: where things actually are. Just good to see that it is/has been moving along.

The original date I had for production was 12/2. That changed and the vehicle was completed 11/25 and shipped.

My dealer is expecting delivery tomorrow. Getting excited as this will be my first BMW and I am looking forward to a place where I can put our excess solar power production to good use 😎.

I'm still awaiting carrier assignment. Been there since 11/24. Hoping to see some pics of new vehicles start cropping up on this thread

I am also in week 49 completion build. Ordered on November 4th genius hotline says will be completed December 2nd. I ordered a 40i though not the 45e. The wait is killing me slowly lol.

On a lighter note, I hope people who are working on my vehicle did not fight with their loved ones and/or are in a bad mood. I would prefer to have my vehicle handled with love and care
