Cell phone case that's not sticky?

I am not a case guy - I like my cell phone like I like my women - naked.

But I finally broke my last phone and I decided I should put one on my new one. I got a silicone one free with the phone and it is very thin and I like it - except it has a rubbery stickiness to it. Harder to drop - but sliding it in and out of a pocket is a pain in the ass. Especially since it is cold now and fleece lined pockets hold it like glue.

I've ordered a few others, but they are all stickyish too.

Anyone have a case they love that is THIN, gives a little protection (especially the camera, and screen lips) yet is slick enough to slide in and out of your pocket easily??? Tired of buying cases to find they are the same.

Thanks!

Otterbox Symmetry series. They are very thin, yet I have dropped my phones from five feet with no damage. The backing is hard plastic so easily slips into my pocket. Also works very well with ProClip small-case iPhone holder, which we now have in four of our cars.

For low profile designs, I've had good luck with Spigen products. Very minimal design as well.

I have a leather case from Bullstrap on my iPhone. Thin, smooth leather and have dropped the current phone twice from around 4 feet with no damage.

I like the Apple silicone cases - reasonably durable (not as strong as an otterbox, but they are thinner)

I use a Tech 21 case. It's very thin and slides in and out of the pocket very easily. I've dropped it a few times with no damage to the phone. They're $40-$50 in the stores but I picked it up for $20 on eBay.

Thanks for the suggestions! It's a newer phone, so some are still not in stock yet - but some solid options here. Appreciate it!!! I have a few in my basket to decided between anyway.

I had naked phones up until my last one and went with an Apple leather case that works well for me.

I'm the same way- naked phones for me. Then I got my Gal S8 with the glass back, and suddenly couldn't feel the difference between front and back of the phone.

Silly, but important to the way I use my phone...

Spigen is the brand that had me in a good way- thin as can be, not sticky, just the littlest bit of a lip around the front and around the camera on back. It's the most minimalist case I could get my hands on, and couldn't be happier. Most folks don't even know it's got a case on until they touch it...

I'm not sufficiently competent (apparently) to have a naked phone so i get the apple store plastic one that's not too pricey. The leather ones degrade fairly soon.

I just get whatever the cheapest, thinnest, clear case on Amazon is. Typically under $10 then I replace it once a year or so when it starts to yellow.

Yep that’s what I have. Plastic case with super thin rubber bumpers. My main goal was to not oversize the phone and ensure it is easy to get in and out of my pocket. Bonus points were awarded when the rubber keeps the phone in place on surfaces but somehow don’t affect my ability to get out of my pocket. I’ve dropped my phone countless times and have had it for about two years now. Solid.

Apple leather case. Yes they are expensive, however they certainly last and aren't sticky.

Nomad rugged case for the win. I carried the Otterbox Symmetry for years, which is a great case but the Nomad is superior in every way. Thin, functional and great looks.
