One of my rear entertainment screen showed full screen when unlocked the car, several minutes later the bottom half would not display anything, touch control seems still captured the action on the bottom half.

The three year’s warranty just expired two months ago . Anyone has any idea of the cause? I tried to search but didn’t find anything similar
