Connected Drive team phone number??

I was transferred there from the Genius line and have been on hold for an hour and a half! I want to abandon and try some other day but not without a call back number. Thanks!

Never mind. I finally contacted them on the OTA issue and they were no help at all. Just said to wait until car says it ready to install (which isn’t going to happen so I will just stick with my 2021 version).
