Looks like a problem with the app. It doesn't show on the website. I also looked at the option codes behind the screen and at a VIN decoder and it didn't show. Check your app again and see if it shows.

For reference I got a 4.5% (approx) dealer discount last August on a M60i in addition to the Military incentive. I made the deal when I placed the order.
I'm nervous now as I just discovered the military discount after placing my order. I negotiated 5% off MSRP, but will they still honor that plus military discount if I bring it to them upon delivery?

No need to worry. The military discount is exclusive of any negotiated dealer discount. Get the certificate at ID.me BMW

Mostly agree with the above but do not use ID.me on BMW's site as it will likely not give you the ability to print the certificate and force you to go through a dealer who can change things. We had a Hawaiian dealer refuse to honor the military discount because the person was not active duty. I told the person to get it from TrueCar and the dealer finally relented and processed the incentive. Dealers can do some weird things at times. It is always cleaner to avoid BMW's process and print your certificate from Truecar's military site or NFCU's site.

Thanks, got the certificate printed, hopefully they extend it past April 1st as my X5 is just going through Final Assembly now.

Very good. It is renewed each month so there will be some type of incentive and it is likely that the amount won't go down.

I printed my certificate as well. One part says good through April and another said good through like January 2nd of 25 I believe. It should stay the same I would think through 25. But as always a good idea to check every month.

It can change. The incentive was yearly until last year. Prior to that the certificates were good for one year. Starting last year they put the monthly expiration date on it and had changed the amounts in the middle of the year.

I negotiated to the lowest I could get them and then said oh wait I have one more thing I need to grab from my car lol. They only planned to give me the $500 discount when I ordered because I didn’t shop financing yet or get the trucar paper. I ended up with another $3500 off also if you are doing a trade in shop it around because I brought an offer from carmax bmw offered $30k for my old car and carmax offered $34,600 and they matched it. The offer letter from trucar the dates will update monthly so you may have to reprint the x6 was $4k in Dec when I ordered and was still there for Mar.

The dealer I'm working with had me complete the ID.me process through the BMW site, had me use the selling dealer (out of state for me) as my Dealership and do a screen grab with the resulting Customer ID and Offer Code and email it to them. I did eventually get an email from BMW with the same ID and Code but it took a day or so.

This is interesting information, wish I knew about this 12 months ago. If I understand correctly I had to have been a member for the past 12 months before applying for a rebate.

Two conditions...per the website.... (I did the 3 yrs option)

A membership requirement may be met in one of two ways:

A membership of one year (365 days) or more immediately preceding the delivery date of the vehicle is required to take advantage of this program. A member in good standing cannot have any lapse in membership during that 12-month period.

A non-refundable membership of three or more years can be purchased to reduce the 12-month waiting period to 6 months.

Thank you! So I could take advantage of this. Would my rebate then show up 12 months later? I’m okay with that if that’s the case.

No, you must be a member for 12 (6 exception) months prior to taking delivery.
