Turn off lane keep assist
I'm not sure what BMW calls it but how can I turn off the lane keep assist that always tries to keep the car off the traffic lines? I'm not talking about when it's under active cruise control. Just in normal driving, it keeps trying to correct me. On my previous 2019 X3, I was able to turn it off. I must be missing that setting on iDrive 7. Thanks

You can find the info in the owner's manual built-in to the car or in the downloadable Driver's Guide (app) specifically for your car.

Thanks. So by turning off the lane keep assist, the circle outlining the active features button goes from green to red? Seems like the same setting on my 2019 G01, the button was still green.

I would suggest not turning it off. If you don't like the steering intervention though then keep the lane departure warning on, set it to Early and turn off just the steering intervention feature.
