1st October UK Changes on 45e

Sales Manager at the Dealership has said to expect:

1. Possible Base Price Increase
2. Possible APR Increase (3.9 to 4.9)
3. Removal of Chassis Support from BMW (~ £1500)
4. Further Reduction in General Discounting Levels

Have any of you heard the same regarding UK Pricing?

My dealer has been spamming me with "beat the price rise" emails for the last week or so. I saw earlier rumours of rises of "up to 3%" in the summer, but don't know if there is any truth in that.

They're also short of stock though - same email offered to beat any independent valuation by £500

The following article, based on a similar article from the Financial Times alludes to a price rise, and also indicates they will also restrict supply to partly achieve this.

I consider myself lucky, not a 45e but a 4.0i, ordered in June, 11.6% discount, 2.9%APR and great price on my part exchange. Nothing like that now.
