Do these reviewers EVER take the company's track record regarding reliability into account? What a farce that has to be based on greasing one's palm.
I trust non partisan, owner's accounts as expressed via Consumer Report's very comprehensive surveys. Last edited by Mark609; 02-10-2019 at 10:29 AM.. |

I like the exterior design. With the larger wheel set filling in the wheel well, the side profile looks great. The interior is also much better than the previous generation's. It does feel larger to me when I drive it, but the handling is still there. 👍

Definitely a good all around summary of the 10 competitors .. I actually forgot about the X5 by the end and it was on top. |

ok
new x1 looks better than older x1 new x3 looks better than older x3 new x4 doesn't look better than older x4 new x5...you get my point. Having said that when the time comes my F15 will go and replaced by G05. But the amount of tech scares me and esp owning out of warranty |

The F85 is a beast! Can't wait for the F95 as its rumored to have over 600 hp.

I love this guy's review. He knows what he's talking about. Also commented how lame MB is with their fake exhaust.

The new GLE will be a massive improvement over the shitty outgoing model, but like most Mercs it'll be a snooze-fest to drive. Plus, like the E-class the interior will look flashy but will skimp on quality in areas BMW does not!
The Q8 is probably the most solid competitor next to the X5. Both 'utes do everything well, but the Bimmer has the edge in driving dynamics. |

Fully agree with you. X5 is the best bang for the buck in this category. If money no object, Cayenne. I wouldn't go for Audi/MB. |
