A suggestion for BMW...

BMW - he’s an idea... if you’re going to stick us with crap software, how about letting us use one of the programmable dash buttons to reboot iDrive instantly? Better yet, how about a voice command (I can think of a few). Or maybe the best option - how about a gesture command? You all know what I’m thinking here...

Ok kidding, but sadly funny - no?

Having to sit there and press the volume button for 30-40 seconds, to reboot iDrive, is salt in the wound.

no, it's just like rebooting your PC, the 'RAM' is cleared and it works as intended again
