Last I checked, PTF has no tuning option for us yet. I emailed them about a month ago and they said they are interested but no timetable,

N63r has several options though. DME, RK, G-Power, JB4, etc. Depends on what your goals are.

Do you know if there's going to be any issues with the car getting flagged when in service ?

Mine already got flagged. New ISTA auto flags a tuned car.

So your powertrain warranty got voided? This is why I'm only considering CB at the moment.

It doesn't void the warranty on flag. The flag can be because of any change. My car got flagged for using bimmercode. It doesn't know what changed it just knows that it has been changed and flags it.

Well yes, but in this case it's an engine tune, which would void your power train warranty. I don't care if my seat sensor warranty gets flagged because of bimmercode - the powertrain is the big ticket item. I'm pretty sure a powertrain "flag" voids your warranty. It's been that way in Audis/VWs for a while.

BMW can tell which specific part was affected - not all flags are the same.
