2020 X5 M50i deal

Looking for some feedback on a deal, I feel is very good. My current '18 X5 lease has 5 months and the dealer is telling me i'll have to pay them (seems they aren't interested in buying me out early) as I'm over 120 days before the end of the lease (11/29/2020).

Anyway:

MSRP - $94,995
Discount and Rebate - $14,850 ($1500 is the rebate I beleive)
Discount before rebate - 14.05%
Net after discounts - $80,145
Residual - $56,872

36 mo/10k miles = $1054/mo with $0 down

I feel like this is one of the better deals I've seen. For context, this is my 4th car in about 2.5 years. ('18 X5, '20 X3 M40i, '19 M5 F90, this one).

So i'm debating taking a little hit on turning the '18 x5 in early for the very good deal on the x5 M50i. Is the deal as good as I believe it to be?

Discount seems pretty robust. What Money Factor are they offering? Does the deal still make sense when you factor in your lease breaking cost?

If I add back the rebate, its still about a 10.9% discount off MSRP, which I still feel is strong. I've seen a few people get to 12%, but seems rare. All things considered, I would still say its a very solid deal. But, I'm no expert!

If your talking about the BMW CCA rebate it is $1000 for all X5 models.

I've seen folks on LeaseHackr push 14-15% at the upper end earlier in the year on the higher MSRP demo/executive loaner 19s, but given the current supply and SC plant shutdown, I'd say this is relatively solid.

Is this new?

This is an amazing deal I think you should take it. I had gotten a similar deal in march on a 94k MSRP M50i. I believe my total discount was 14.77 % off MSRP including the rebate incentives. However Covid 19 came and the dealer who had the car was not willing to do a swap with my local dealer so the car deal fell through. I had all the papers signed and everything ... it fell through 5 days after signing.

I then tried to get the same deal but no one would give me more than 7.5% due to shortages in stock for the x5 m50i. I walked away from 5 dealerships including the one I had a deal with because they were just unwilling to match the 14% they initially gave me in march.

TAKE THIS DEAL

I ended up going with a loaded 40i M sport at around 10.4% total discount off MSRP with incentives included

I'd take the deal, I have been looking and no one wants to give that level of discount.
