Service Intervals: Annual, Mileage or 'As Required'

Hi all, soon to be new UK owner here. Just completing on G05 demonstrator which has 1500 miles on the clock.

Under approved used I'm being told it will get a service if its within 4000 miles of the required plan. It's 14 months old however and I wasn't sure if it should be serviced annually regardless of use.

Can anyone help reassure on what the interval schedule is. I cant find the official schedule online.

Found my answer in case anyone comes back here:

Service every 2 years or 15-20k miles.

With my previous vehicle there were 2 service regimes.

Long Life service, uses longer life oils and is best for when the car is used for longer trips.
This is scheduled for every 2 years or 20k miles. Whichever happens sooner.

Time & Distance service, uses cheaper oil and best for shorter, frequent trips.
Service is set for 10k miles or 365 days, whichever happened sooner.

Is this still the case with the X5?
I think vehicles come on the 'long life' service regime by default?

I didn't appreciate that there might be two schedules but that might explain why it appears on my spec sheet along with the options. I did wonder why it would be on there if there was a standard.
