new 2020 M sport xdrive 40

guys quick question 73,940 msrp i have a deal on hold 875.00 per month tax in 875.00 down thats it. 10k year 36 months. How is this deal? your input is appreciated

Need more information to give a educated answer, such as the discount, final selling price, any rebates you qualify for, money factor (should be 0.00118 +/- a max variance of 0.0004), and any other add ons you're getting.

To give you a comparison, I got a 77k MSRP 2019 40i in PA 6 months ago, including the 7500$ extended damage waiver and a 0.0003 hit for 875.51/mo, 0 down, 0 DAS, and I'd rate my deal as average.
