As for Belgium if you check the configurator you see that without the laser lights you don't get the angel eyes.
I attached 2 images. The one with the angel eyes is with the option laserlight selected.
The other is with adapative LED

Are there maybe forum members that can show there DRL at night ?
Would want to compare the laserlight against the LED light signature.

TBH I don't get the fuss about the lasers. I personally think that the blue looks crap in daylight and they only look good at night.

Fuss is the base lights are crap day & night. From the dime store DRL's to the missing corning lights to the laughable dummy bulbs I'll take my lasers any day. Every time I see a G05 with the cut rate lights not only does it not look like e BMW coming down the road, but I know the owner cheaped out. And the comments I get are 100% favorable & Some are in awe of the laser tech.

I spent for my X5 in Italy surely much more you spent for your M50d and I didn’t cheap out in nothing. I choose to avoid the laser light for those angel eyes that honestly are really old fashion. That design is now definitely old. BMW abandoned it with the last LCI models and the full led design is much more in compliance with the new design making the pre LCI G05 design much fresher than the Laser light design.

For the US folks, turn them off if you don't like them.

Are the days of Angel eyes over?
I miss them
I now have a 2024 but had them in my 2013 x5
Anybody know if the laser headlights can accommodate a color?
