I have had a number of different sets of forged wheels: HRE R101LWs, numerous sets of Signatures and also a set of BC Forged. I decided to give another upcoming brand a chance and so far (after 5k miles) I have been very impressed by the wheels and also by the quality of the finish. I pay very close attention to how many wheel weights are needed and what the road force numbers are. The road force is between 5-9lbs which I think is excellent, I am running a staggered setup, 285/35/22 and 315/30/22 MPS4s. The wheels are also very lightweight for their size but they have also been additionally reinforced to account for the weight of the 45e (I requested that to be done and it was an option)
22x10.5 - 33lbs 22x11.5 - 34lbs It took about 2 months and a week or so to get the wheels, they also provide renderings of the wheels which clearly show the concavity, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised by how knowledgable they are about what offsets work best. I am planning on getting more Rusch wheels in the future and for anybody who may be interested, they can be contacted via IG. |

325 would be closer but I was not able to source 325/30/22 tires for the rear, not sure that a tire that size actually exists, maybe Pirrelli has them. I wanted a wider tire up front and that's why I picked the 285s, overall diameter difference is 1.4% which should be fine.

The next size we can do are
285 40 22 325 35 22 These are the sizes akin to my 21 MB GLE450. Overall rolling circumference is about 4% more but at least the front and rear has the same rolling. |

I was under the impression that the rolling diameter should not be more than 3% in comparison to stock.

BMW says 1% max difference. This refers to the difference due to wear, not tire size. They do expect a matching diameter size set front to rear. If the transfer case goes, and it does appear fragile, they are unlikely to cover it.
But even putting a warranty claim aside, we have a clutch pack type transfer case. When the diameter of front to rear tires is of a different diameter, the clutches must slip to accommodate the difference in rotating speed. This is wear on the clutches. Something to consider. To OP, thanks for posting photos of your setup! I ordered a set of 275/35R22 and 315/30R22 Michelin PS4Ss but couldn't find photos of those tires and tire sizes on 22x10.5 and 22x11.5. The stretch is way more than I thought, but it still looks really nice. Because of the stretch, it actually makes the wheels look bigger since from the side profile, the tires go backwards into the car, making them appear lower profile than they really are.

Love the way these turned out. Could I ask what offsets you went with?
