Military Incentive as USAA Member
Has anyone been able to perform the ID.me verification strictly as a USAA member?
The website states: "The BMW Military Incentive is available to active duty, retired, reserve, veteran military personnel, or USAA member and their immediate families in the United States." When I attempt to verify via USAA member status it's not available. If I attempt to verify as an immediate family member it asks for documentation we no longer have readily available. Thanks. |

Most use the TrueCar Military website and print the certificate

https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/p/contact_support TrueCar and the BMW site both use ID.me to verify eligibility. Navy Federal's TrueCar site uses Plaid to verify the NFCU login credentials.
