True but Not exactly. The outermost point is equivalent to an 18mm spacer with OE wheels. However the BBS are a full inch wider. Therefore the tire is pulled inward more than it would be on a factory wheel with an 18mm spacer.
8mm less inner clearance and outer position extended by 18mm
Technically it's 8.5mm and 17.5mm

The inner clearance is more than sufficient. I have not experienced any rubbing.
I have no intentions of asking why the 0.5mm .

Btw, my original comment was intended to help other forum members when determining what spacers to use with an OEM setup.
Because 1" is 25.4mm, not an even 24mm

I was in De Pere visiting my parents last weekend, saw your X5 roll by their house. Looks great! That is the stance I want my M50i to have. I should have gotten air suspension. Now I have to get springs installed.

Looked at a quote from Fitment Industries in 2021 for these wheels in a 22x10 setup. $3950! Went back to their site today and it’s over $5k.

Love these wheels

Shoot me a message if you are looking for CHR2. I may be selling this lightly used set.

slicer so is this pretty much the “perfect” offset if with air suspension and not lowering x5? Perfect in quotes because people may define perfect different ways - I mean flush.

Front looks damn flush.

Do you think the rear could come out a bit?

I think a small spacer could be added but I didn’t see the need.
