Audi Q7/Q8 20 inch wheels, looks and fitment. Pls help

Hello everyone, a classic lurker here..

I have a 2021 x5 xdrive and have a chance of buying a set of 20 inch audi rims from a friend for a decent price. I am in the market for a set of winter rims (for, 275 45/20 square set up), do you think the below noted set up will cause issues? Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.

20 x 10, 5 x 112, ET 19, CB 66.6

Physically they will fit. The offset difference means they will stick out further than OEM - maybe like 25mm/20mm.
