Wheel fit question

Hi all-

I picked up my 22 x5m comp on Tuesday. I traded in an x3m comp and still have my BC Forged wheels and am trying to figure out if they will fit on tbe X5.

The F95 has the 21/22 front/rear combo. The fronts are 21x10.5 ET31 and the rears are 22x11.5 Et43. The front BC wheels I have are 21x9.5 ET17 and the rears are 21x11 ET35.

I played around on willtheyfit.com, and it might as well be in Chinese because I have no idea what I am looking at.

Can anyone tell me if these will work?

What chassis was your X3M comp? Was it an F chassis or a G chassis? I ask because the F chassis BMWs usually had a 74.1mm wheel hub and a 5x120mm wheel bolt pattern. And most of the newer G chassis BMWs have a 66.6mm wheel hub and a 5x112mm wheel bolt pattern…making it difficult to swap wheels.

When you use the willtheyfit.com site…compare the old vs new for each axle…old front vs new front…then old rear vs new rear.

This should give you the info as to how much poke you will have (if any) when comparing the old vs new…or how much inset you’ll have comparing the old vs new.

Poke = how much the new wheel/tire will move outward toward the fender.
Inset = how much the new wheel/tire will move inward toward the suspension.

Use the info the site give you and measure any distance that it gives you to see if the new setup will stick out or move inward too much and cause issue.

The hardest part using that site is being able to measure.

Thanks for the response. It looks the BC Forged wheels will fit, and will poke a little more than the stock wheels. I am fine with that though given how far inward the stock wheels are.

Now I need to decide on tires and sizes. These BC wheels are 21” so maybe I buy winter tires and run them in the cold months? Or buy a set of squared A/S tires, maybe 295/35/21 and run them year round?
