G05 Fog Lamps

Are the fog lamps no longer included on new MY22 builds? Supply chain issues there as well?

Has anyone done a retrofit yet? The empty black panel just makes it look like it is missing the option…

Has anyone removed the panel? I wonder if it would look better without the panel if the fog lights are missing.

Not that I'm aware of

Since they've removed the fog lights and you'll need to check the front main wiring harness and source a MY19-21 light control element - you'll need (Fig 2) $175 and you probably can source if for less on eBay.

Front fogs are around $200 a pop discounted. Trim will set you back some more.

TL;DR - Overall a fair amount of work and cost to retrofit. I'd settle for no fogs.

It would look worse without the cover panel. Plus do you want to drive around with water, dirt, leaves accumulating inside the empty cavity?

Hi Auricom , Did you know the wiring harness for fog-light is (1) or (2) in the diagram?

bumping this, did anyone figure this out? I am really more interested of adding rear fog light but would do both if isn't as complex

Also interested as my '22 lacks fogs and I miss having them.
