New wheels ordered
After a lot of back and forth figuring out what I wanted, and if I'd go custom or something off the shelf, I decided to go with these.
The first wheel is my favorite looking factory wheel right now, and I've always liked keeping it looking somewhat OEM. These are supposed to fit right out of the box but I'll likely add spacers to push them out a bit. EDIT: Wheels are HRE Flowform FF10. 22x10.5 and 22x11.5 in Tarmac finish. Eager to see these on.
Please share weight of wheel/tire combo before mounting. I like the design but the cleaning process even with proper coating is something that would make me look at other designs. |

Yeah I wanted something easier to clean than the stock ones, instead I pick something that looks like it'll take twice as long.
lol I plan to take a scale to get them weighed, I couldn't get any firm answer on what they are. I got everything from "light" to "16 or 17 kg" to "around 30lbs" |

Here's the other design they have in the same size and offsets.
It's got about a half inch sidewall less than the stock sizes with what it has on there. https://www.flickr.com/photos/autofu...h/50035860458/ |

Damn this thread. Im asking HRE if they're going to make the FF15 in a 21 or 22".
EDIT: They responded. Only plans for FF04, FF10, FF11 in 21 & 22". Last edited by BMWBear; 09-18-2020 at 01:14 PM.. |
