There is a demo model 2021 X5 here in Calgary, Ab that's fully loaded with premium excellence, m-sport, merino leather, carbon fibre trim, air suspension, glass interior elements, extended shadow line, sky lounge and even carbon fibre mirror caps.

List price is 107k CAD and they've reduced it to 100k CAD. It currently has 8,000 km's on it which for me is high since I don't usually drive more than 10,000 km's a year.

Anyone know what kind of discount I should be looking for? Give the current vehicle shortage and things I keep hearing about chip shortage, I'm wondering if I should expect them to say this is the discounted price, take it or leave it

P.s. The list price is before taxes and dealership fee.
