Can anyone track this order please ?

Hi is there enough information on here to track my order as I have the VIN number ? If so is there a site I can log into. Its a UK order

I don't see your full VIN. When I tried to enter what you have, it says I need the whole 17-digit number. I could also use your production number, but I tried the numbers here, and none worked: dealer number and ag number.

If I'm reading that screen correctly the full VIN is WBATA620809E18831

Your vin is correct, you can enter it in the drivers guide app (see picture). White, m pack 740m wheels if I am correct.

I think you can also see it in the connected drive app but you are not able to activate because you need the code in the car. But you can see a more accurate picture.

I couldn't track it either

That's great Guys and BMW Genius chat said the build is complete and waiting at the docks in USA . Also the App works

Think about another five or six weeks. ordered it 1st March.
Was expecting it before then. Oh well will be taking the Mustang to the Nurburgring this weekend instead

Anybody know why some VIN's don't show up on ANY decoder sites? My new X5 is probably on a ship now bound for Europe but still doesn't show up...

(I did however find it on the Drivers Guide App (thanks to 'X5 45e' above) - which I didn't know exisited..)

Have you tried the BMW Genius live chat ?

Yes, they told me last week manufacturing had finished and it was now in transit to the UK (so still another 5 weeks).

On my last order I could use mdecoder and autodna to check my build as soon as my CA gave me the VIN, but not this time??

You could probably go a bit further and track the ship itself. Lol. I know I did when my euro delivery M5 was being shipped to US.

Some of those ship tracking sites are extremely accurate. I know few people here matched the ship docking through the sites with actual live cam feeds on the docks.

Go through this. I am sure this works in reverse order also. I believe your dealer can give you the name of the ship.
