Just wanted to give a quick update on my experience with the rebate program. I purchased a new X5 on 8/22 and submitted my rebate request the next day. It was approved by the CCA within a week, BMW a few days later and the check arrived yesterday 9/8, much faster than I expected.

If you are not a CCA member I highly recommend it and if you lease/purchase a BMW the rebate process is seamless. Just remember to co-sign when buying a car for your spouse as your name must be on the agreement to receive the $500-$1,000 back.

Thank you for posting this. Picking mine up tomorrow (order placed 8/17) and was just wondering how long the rebate will take...
