Is it possible to get tanzanite blue on a 40i in the US? I remember it was offered for 2020 models, and now it's not listed on the build page.

The color is available on M50i, but I don't feel the need for its extra power.

Currently for MY21, the Priority 1 colors (Tanzanite Blue and Ametrin) are only available on the M50i. Perhaps that may change in the future.

Did you see if the dealer could override the color? I had mine chase down how to override the interior trim since I couldn't configure dark aluminum mesh with the M Sport package online and he had to get in touch with the regional manager to figure out how to get it changed on my build.

If I knew they can do changes like that, I would have asked for soft closed doors with my order.

In general they do not allow changes except in very rare circumstances.
