What’s the lease/money factor for Feb. 2021?

Available discounts on 2021 X5MC

Hoping to get some input on discounts for 2021 X5MC. Looking at 1 now with $126k price (lot car since Dec 2020), offered a $2500 discount by dealer, plus the $1000 financing incentive directly from BMW. Just seems too low.

Thanks in advance.

That's too low. Same MSRP and they gave me $13,900 with the $1k incentive included. Taking delivery tomorrow.

Thanks for your reply. Great deal you rec'd, for sure. I figured about 10% should be do-able but doubtful I can reach $13,900. Enjoy and post up some pix after you get it.

Thanks! Will do! I buy cars from the same dealer every year or couple of years so that's why they extend a bigger discount. Good luck with your search!

Hey would you mind sharing your lease details?

I am putting in an order on a X5MC and looking to see overall discount as well as drive off. I understand the programs are a touch better on the x5's then the x6's

Much appreciated!

I believe March 36/10 on the 21's should be 54%, not 53%. Anyone lease recently that can verify?

Money Factor: .00158 (see below)
Lease Term: 36/10
Incentives: $1000 Loyalty
DAS: $2879 (First Month + Fees -- haven't received paperwork)

First, between here and Leasehackr I am so profoundly grateful for all the insight from everyone. My current X5 lease, on the exact same term was nearly $50K less expensive. But thanks to you fine folks, my payment on this car, with a higher MF, is only a few hundred more per month.

Second, I know the MF is marked up a bit, but when they offered a $9500 discount OUT OF THE GATE, I couldn't pass it up. Only one other dealership came close. I had some dealers who wanted $2500 over MSRP and to b*ng my sister to even have the privilege to purchase the car.

I did a ton of due diligence and probably sent out about 30 inquiries (on lots of cars) so I'd be happy to forward some of the M8 (both GC, vert and Coupe), X5M (Comp and Non Comp) deals if you PM me. If you're in FL, be happy to share my experiences here as well.

Iam in NorCal and looking to get something like this! I would probably do a tad more down to get it even lower but this is what I was hoping to find!

Please PM location and or who you dealt with so I can give them my business

Thanks

That same deal (8% under MSRP) at current MF/RV (0.00086/54% on 36/10) should be around $1,450/mo if you paid tax + all fees up front. If you go 7MSDs it would bring it down to $1,395/mo.

You could always capitalize the tax and lock up $10k for 3 years in the 7MSDs and it would be about the same payment ($1470/mo), that is if you didn't want to reduce the cap cost through cash contributions.

I agree... Similar numbers from a dealer on the East Coast. ~ 1450/mo, no MSDs. ... Only 1450 upfront for first payment with 35 more payments at 1450... no other money needed. Texas 6.25% sales tax is put into the lease up front.

As I have mentioned in other posts, I ordered an X5 M50 because I was concerned my wife wouldn't like the aggressiveness of the X5MC.

I would do that all day long

Who where and can this apply towards a build or in stock only?

Thanks

If we're talking 50i M, not X5MC, that deal should be around $1,300/mo, including capitalizing the tax (assuming 6.25% tax on sell because of TX)...otherwise, $1,450/mo is only about a 2-3% discount off MSRP on a 50i M. Forgot to add, this is a 50i M w/MSRP of $98,600 as my basis.

And having gone from a 50i MSport in the F15 days, to the F85, I wouldn't go back. F95 is the way

How much harsher is the ride? I currently have a 50i and the X5M is next.

It's not - I'll let others chime in here, but w/the Comfort/Sport/Sport+ options you can set it for daily city driving to aggressive.

Hello guys! Finally started my actual search...

Can anyone put any truth to this? that the diff between MSRP and WHOLESALE is roughly 6.5%?

Also,

Here is my first QUOTE as of 3/15/2021 from a local Bay Area Dealership.

MSRP: 123,795
DISCOUNT: $5000
Selling Price: $118,295

Residual: 54% / $66,849.30
Term: 36
Mileage: 10k

Rebate (Loyalty): $1000
Cash Cap Reduction: $5,660.71
TOTAL Cash Cap Reduction: $6,660.71

Adjusted Cap Cost: $111,634.29

DMV California : $1085
Upfront Feed: $1047
Total Taxes $4995.91

CASH DOWN $10,000

BASE MONTHLY PAYMENT: $1,443.93
TAX: $120.93

TOTAL MONTHLY : $1564.86

Seems a tad high to me.

what do you guys think?

THIS IS FOR A BUILD/ NOT IN STOCK

2021 Model

Search for BMW spring for speed, may get you another $1k off if BMW is stacking the loyalty with that promo.

This deal would be much better if the discount were more than 4% off, your cap cost reduction mainly comes from cash plus loyalty which isn't great. I also can't see how you got to $10k cash down - can you share? BTW, RV seems correct at 54%, but also need to know your MF. Should be 0.00086.

Thank you so much for this!

Spring for speed qualifies if delivery is taken between 3/15 through 6/30

Varying on build times etc this could be cutting it close.

The MF I was quoted def had rate in it if indeed .00086 is the buy rate.

10k seemed absurd to be and too high

I want to put minimal drive off if that

Anybody have a contact for a SoCal BMW client advisor that is doing 10% off X5MC?

I've tried a few dealers so far, and none want to discount; in fact, one told me I was "lucky" that they weren't slapping a markup on the vehicle.

PM is fine to message privately.

Thanks.
