I am currently running with 15/20mm spacers on 21/22 wheels with 5x112 with center bore 66.6

I have a set of wheels from my prior f15 that I would love to use but the bolt pattern is 5x120 and center bore 74.1

Has anyone done a lug nut conversion with wheels adaptors on their f95 to use prior wheels?
