I have a question for you. Does the key less entry work on all 4 doors plus trunk or just the 2 front doors plus trunk?

Thanks
BMW removed the comfort access sensors from the rear door handles for the 2024 model year. Cheap comes to mind.

You called it, that is truly cheap. The result of an Excel spread sheet again and not someone who has actually used a family car with this feature to any extent. I use the rear sensors all the time, almost more than the front ones when getting kids in and out of the car.

yeah its nuts to think a 130K+ car and they decided to cheap out on things like this. Especially when the pre LCI had it.

I think they would argue with comfort access enabled, to unlock/lock when you approach or leave the car, you dont need the sensor in the rear doors. especially with the digital key plus which works with your phone, you just have it in your pocket and go to your car and its open.

but yeah still cheap to take it away

The xm has the same problem of not having the rear comfort access. Sadly, I walk often by the car in my yard and I hate it when it locks and unlocks when I move near hence my need of deactivating that function. Still desactivated, I can hear a small spark when I walk by…

yeah same, I only have the comfort lock enabled. the unlocking is super annoying everytime you go by ;-)

just had break in service and that drivetrain/chassis menu still isn’t there so this option must be for the non m models? manuals might all be same?
