For what it's worth I just got a MY23 X6MC @ $5k off, MF @ .00170, no ads. Reasonable deals are out there, if you're patient and willing to travel a bit.

I used to enjoy negotiating vehicles but I am just tired of it now. Sell me the car at MSRP I understand you need to make money but it's unethical to mark up a finance rate to make more money. |

It looks like my dealer is jacking up the base rate by a %. Can anyone confirm the base rate is 4.59% for Feb.
Going to bring my own financing if they go with 5.59%

I have a 2022 X5M lease with around 5,000 miles on a two year contract that's up in October. The contract was for 15K miles but I'm obviously not close to hitting that.
In October I'm planning to get a 2024 BMW X5M Competition - with the mileage I have on this car what leverage, if any do I have? |

Hi all,
I'm getting quoted a MF of .00225 with a 52% RV / 10k & 51% RV 12k on a 2023 X5M. Is that the base money factor? I usually finance and I've seen a few others getting lower MFs. Does the dealer have the ability to lower it? Is there a "bottom" MF that's consistent across dealers that I should counter with? Thanks! |

So "bottom" would be 185. |

2023 X5M Comp
$126,999 MSRP 5% off 51% residual .00185 MF 3yr/36k miles - $1,000 college grad (my masters) & $500 NFCU incentive(s) After a ton of research I thought it was a damn good deal for a 2023 loaded X5M comp (in today's market). I'm also not a fan of the 2024 price hike or iDrive 8. |

Just thought i'd share some info I got from my SA.
I plan to keep my 2020 X5M but wanted to know what the 2024 payment would be like in todays world. 132,145 MSRP (selling price) MF .00165 RV 52% 10K Miles 1K loyalty rebate Taxes and fees all paid up front (about 10K) $2,063 monthly payment This is insane considering my loaded 2020 is $1,375 Alan

Sounds about right. I love this generation X5M but i can't see paying that sort of money for it. Especially coming from a 2020 where the only "improvement" the 2024 has over it is really just the tail lights which should be interchangeable as long as rewiring isn't required.
I'm going to wait it out a year to see where things land with incentives/deals/rates.

Anyone have intel on why BMW dealers aren’t certifying the low mileage 22 and 23 X5Ms that are showing up on lots? Is it just b/c they don’t have to in order to sell, or are there issues with anything once you get beyond 50k miles?

They're all under factory warranty, and it costs them money to CPO, so probably just no need to.

You should never put that kind of money down on a lease
7000 10000 I’m hearing that’s nuts! You total that car Or it gets lemon lawed for some reason You don’t get a penny back Your just buying your payment at that point Leases I do first payment tag ans fees So about 5k down on 120k lease I’m at 1900 a month 12k a year I did the lease oct 2020 There was no cars I still had to order My buyout come oct is about 70k My fam owns a few dealerships where I grew up I know a few things .

Of course 2020 was a diff story
And total the car? Lemon law? That’s a risk anyone and everyone takes. I put enough towards cap cost to lower my payment where I want it to be.. if I was at all paranoid on losing money in the event of a total loss, I wouldn’t be getting a 140k car. I currently have a 2021 X5MC I custom ordered in nardo grey for $1450 a month That was on Aug of 2021 Those days are long gone I just know the money factor is high, rates are high and pricing is hard to negotiate especially here in California I’ve been a finance manager for 11yrs in the auto industry so I as well know a few things. At best I can hold off until next August when my lease is up and hope things are better. |
