Story behind the photo? Not seeing it on any of their socials. The limited amount of intakes that have been developed for the F95/F96 have proven to be expensive and extremely limited in performance benefit. Most consider the options available to be more for cosmetic engine upgrade (carbon fiber) than anything else.

I think the bottom line is that most consider the stock BMW intakes to be overly engineered for flow and function with the stock turbos (even with increased boost pressures).

I am sure this option is going to be extremely expensive and other than cosmetic and maybe some sound benefit, it will be interesting to see what they claim with factory turbos and tuning.

Remember our engine has a 800hp limit before rod failure so the "builds" on our platform are again very limited and I have yet to see one posted on this forum.

Don’t disagree with any of this.
No power info yet, but I’m primarily interested in the sound and having another option. Will it be expensive? Most likely. Have I already dumped a ton of money into this car? Absolutely. Will I continue to do so? Yes Haha

My wallet is ready!!

Been waiting for this ever since this platform came out. My exhaust sound perfect so now I just need some induction noises and don't really expect miracles for big power gains out of just an intake. I had their intake on my F80 and it sounded amazing under load and while I shifted.

What’s the likelihood of the LCI doing this or that they scrap the original design to cater to the LCI? Are there significant engine bay differences between pre and post LCI? I have so many questions lol all I know is that if it’s only for LCI I’d be pretty gutted. Haha

Engine layout looks identical. Hell I’m not even buying it that it’s a different engine that bmw claims. Looks like a S63 with some 48V gear. That said given that Eventuri has a pre LCI car there and how many people with pre LCI cars at the moment I can’t see them offering this to LCI only. No chance.

Intakes should be ready for sale in 8 weeks, info via Bilal.eventuri! I’ve already made up my mind about grabbing a set as soon as it goes live. Maybe we can work out a group buy if others are also interested.

Same. Except I believe we have to purchase from a dealer/vendor and can’t buy directly through Eventuri. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Group buy would be nice, but my impatience is saying, “Do whatever gets it to you quickest.” Lol
