My Trips not working

Hello, guys!
My Trips stopped working. The last trip recorded was on 05/06. I tried deleting the app, logging out and back in from BMW iDrive, updating the app, calling support (BMW CONNECTED), which opened a ticket for the issue but said it could take up to 10 days for them to get back to me…

Are you guys having the same issue?

perform telematics reboot. no issues for my 45e or wife’s 530e

hold down radio VOL knob for ~70sec. can release after seeing 3rd startup screen on the control display. this is best performed with the vehicle in drive-ready state.

i would also recommend you "Update apps and services"


third, i would check your Data Privacy settings. sometimes after an automatic update (i'm not referring to i-Step software upgrade), some settings are reset to default that don't transmit telematics. there's also a checkbox for MyTrips.
