Another FL BMW dealer in my area confirmed that discounts are available for in stock cars only & 2.99/3.99 is for in stock vehicles as well.
I personally witnessed a guy ordering a 2025 which is slated to be delivered in April and he won’t get special 2.99/3.99 APR because actual delivery takes place in April.
With all that said, we pulled the trigger for a Brooklyn Grey xDrive40i for 83600 MSRP and got $4000 off which I believe is a pretty decent deal in Florida at a a dealer who doesn’t have lots of unsold 2024 X5s.
Still no adaptive cruise, which my spouse is totally fine with + on top of the options we supposed to have on the white vehicle this one has massage seats, ventilated seats, 4 zone climate control. Same extended merino leather.
She’s happy and I am happy too 😎

Congrats on the car! The extended merino is very comfortable and maintains its natural leather smell. I chose to not order DAPP with my X5 and am very happy with that decision. SA’s have told me about expensive repairs if the front radar gets damaged from road debris and I believe BMW’s autonomous driving features (along with most brands) are still in early days as you need to “check in” with the steering wheel every few seconds and there are blinking lights to remind you of that. You’ll still arrive at your destination well rested if you can keep your finger off the sport button
